KIFARUCAST

A special edition of the Kifarucast this week. Aron and Frank are joined by Clint Whiting, Cullen, and Rob Patuto to discuss a recent article/podcast featuring Matt Rinella. Matt is the brother of Steven Rinella a famous outdoorsman and hunter, and recently was featured on Blood Origins podcast episode 144. He also authored an article that was shortly published on Free Range American after being taking down and re-published on Mountain Pursuit. In this article and on the podcast he talks in extent about why he thinks hunter recruitment and retention is a bad thing. That sparked this discussion, we encourage you to listen to both in full before commenting or coming to a conclusion.

The guys sit down for a final recap of Franks trip up to Alaska to hunt for Caribou. Bill Vanderheyden, co-founder and lead engineer of Ironwill Broadheads joins in with Aron, Isaac Aleman, and Frank to add his recount of the story.
They touch on the highlights of the trip up to the barren ground of Alaska, and the details of getting a caribou on the ground. Bill was the only guy to gut it out the whole time with a bow in his hands. He talks about the struggles of getting close to the animals.
